I received the product damaged apparently during the shipping process. I considered asking for a refund but they request that I jumped through hoops to get it I have to repackage this thing after I've almost got it put together in the same box and send it back that's impossible. number one it weighs a ton and I had to have two of my neighbors bring it into my house in order for me to put it together and then to get to the last part and find that it's broken. and they want me to ship it back and drop it off for UPS no way I can't lift it it's too heavy and I don't have the top of the box because it was damaged and it got thrown away anticipating that everything would be okay in the box. I've never been so disappointed in a product or in the process of a return in my life asking me to take it in I'm 70 years old and this was a gift for a granddaughter sorry but the packaging or the carton it was packaged in or the carrier who processed the shipping is at fault and I am not going to go to all the extra trouble with my health it's not worth it and I wouldn't suggest buying a product like this with that type of return policy and with the fact that it's so impossible to repackage it and get it to a drop off location not with the weight it is
